Stuffed paprika

Very simple, very healthy, very tasty

Stuffed paprika, cabage leaves, tomatoes, ect... any vegetable can be stuffed with meat mince.
Stuffing is mince mixed with rise:
It's better to use pork mince or at least pork mixed with beef;
Add a little water for juicyness,
chopped onion,
few cloves of garlic,
one egg
seasoning and salt,
handfull of rice,

can add few mushrooms and mix everything well
Prepare the vegetables to be stuffed
Remove the top of the paprika and remove the seeds.

Cabage leaves - if very hard to peel off then dip the whole cabage in a boiling water so outer leaves become soft and easy to peel off, and the middle of the cabage can be chopped and layed on the bottom of the pot
In a large pot first lay the bits from the paprika, chopped cabage, can add beans anything to your liking, then stufed paprika and other vegetables...

Add water just to level with the top of paprikas, add salt and seasoning,

Add peeled or chopped tomatoes if you like and bring it to boil then reduce the fire and cook on a slow fire for a 25-30min.

Check after 25-30 min if rice looks cooked then it's ready

Serve with cream fraiche or sour cream

Enjoy
