I want to share my favourite receipt Salmon en croute
It’s very quick to make and very simple
I use any puff pastry of any brand, result always great
Roll the pastry into square
Lay salmon on one side and slid the other side as in a picture
Top up with cream or yogurt or mayonaise
Fold and press the edges
Place on a baking tray and paint with eggwash
Now it's ready for the oven. I use Halogen oven, peheated for 2-3 min 180C°
Baking for 15 min approximately until top is golden brown
This is a perfect treat for your guests and it will come perfect all the time
